SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Charges:- We offer free delivery on all orders of value Rs. 899 or above. Your order will be delivered only through nationally recognized courier services. All shipments are delivered in a waterproof packaging.
Estimated Delivery Schedule:- Orders received till 9:00 am will be dispatched on the same working day. Orders received after 9:00 am will be dispatched on the next working day. All orders will be dispatched from our centralized Mumbai warehouse. In Tier 1 cities, order can be delivered within 1-3 working days from the day of dispatch. In Tier 2 cities, order can be delivered within 3-5 working days from the day of dispatch. In Tier 3 cities, order can be delivered within 3-7 working days from the day of dispatch.
International Shipping:- We have international shipping facility available as well. You can place your order by paying international shipping charges. It will be delivered within 30-40 days across entire world from the date of your purchase.
Note: All orders are sent in tamper-proof packaging. If you suspect any issue with the packaging then please do not accept the package. Please intimate us immediately at care@svanjewellery.com regarding the same.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Returns:
Return requests must be raised within 10 days of delivery of the product, any requests placed beyond 10 days shall not be accepted. To place a request, you can email us at care@svanjewellery.com with the subject – “Return on Order ID (number)”.
- Once the request is received, we shall arrange for the return pickup from the originally delivered address.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it with the original packaging.
Refunds:
- Once the return pickup is initiated, the refund for the order will be processed, and the same will take about 4-5 working days to reflect in the original mode of payment.
Late or missing refunds:
- If you’ve received a notification regarding your refund and the amount hasn’t been reflected in the original mode of payment within 4-5 working days, we request you kindly cross-check with your bank initially.

Exchanges :
We do not accept exchange requests, for now, please raise a return request and place a new order for the item you purchased
Return Shipping :
To return your product, send us an email at care@svanjewellery.com with the subject – “Return for Order ID number”. We will arrange for the return pickup from the originally delivered address only. .
